To ensure the appropriate level of care, we will coordinate with you and your family to schedule an assessment interview. Our Nursing Supervisor will make an in-home or in-hospital visit to share information about our services, whether it be medical or non-medical, discuss the background and experience of our caregivers and establish a plan of care designed to meet your specific homecare needs. The Nursing Supervisor will orient and supervise the assigned caregivers, as well as perform routine home visits, to ensure your care requirements are being met. We promise to remember you have put your trust in our hands for the most precious commodity…a loved one.
